From lifting groceries to playing with your kids or traveling the world, my goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and enjoy life with a little more zest, conquering whatever adventures you set your mind to.

Hey there, I'm Cambria 

I’m a Montana girl through and through — born and raised in Billings with a heart for the outdoors and a passion for going against the grain. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I believe true wellness isn’t about chasing quick fixes or the next trendy workout. It’s about feeling strong enough to hike that mountain, run with your kids, or just soak up more of life outside. My mission? To help women move better, feel better, and build strength that sticks around. I help you go beyond the gym and create a life that keeps you thriving — for today and years to come

Working with Cambria shifted my focus to weight training and increasing my protein intake. This approach has led to significant changes—not just in how I look, but in how my clothes fit and how I feel overall. While the scale is gradually moving downward, my main priority has shifted from weight loss to feeling strong and healthy. 

 

I've dropped pant sizes, my bloating has decreased, and I have more energy without spending hours at the gym. I still enjoy the foods I love and look forward to my weekly sessions with Cambria. She creates a supportive environment that empowers me and makes me proud of my progress. My goals have evolved from merely wanting to be skinny to striving for strength and wellness.

I offer 1:1 online strength training and nutrition coaching designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're just getting started, want to fine-tune your form, or need guidance on how to fuel your body for everyday adventures, my coaching is fully personalized to support your goals.

Through customized programming and clear, consistent support, you'll build strength safely, develop confidence in your movement, and create healthy habits that actually fit into your life—not the other way around. This is training built around you—with structure, intention, and zero fluff.

 If you're feeling stuck or unsure of how to move forward in your strength training journey, my consultations provide the clarity and direction you need. Together, we'll assess your goals, identify obstacles, and create a clear plan of action to overcome any challenges. Whether you need help with motivation, technique, or program design, these one-on-one sessions are designed to get you back on track and feeling confident in your training.
