...and I know what it’s like to think that being smaller meant being healthier.

When I first started working at a gym, I thought I was about to unlock a whole new level of wellness. And in a way, I did—but not the way I expected. I got swept up in the cycle of doing more, eating less, obsessing over numbers, and believing that my worth was tied to the size of my body.

I spent so much energy trying to be the smallest version of myself, but instead of feeling confident and free, I felt tired, isolated, and stuck. I thought I was the problem—because even though I looked “fit” on the outside, I didn’t feel good on the inside.

It wasn’t until I stepped away from the extremes that I started to actually feel strong—like, really strong. I started spending more time outside, moving my body in ways that felt good, fueling myself with food that actually nourished me, and connecting with other women who were craving the same kind of freedom.

That’s when everything shifted. I realized that health isn’t about shrinking—it’s about living fully. It’s about building strength, creating sustainable habits, and having a community that lifts you up instead of making you feel like you’re not enough.

Now, I help women build routines that support their real lives—whether that’s training at home, hitting the trail on the weekend, or showing up fully for their families. Through personalized online coaching and a supportive community of women, we ditch the extremes and build strength from the inside out.
