At Summit Wellness Collective, my mission is simple yet profound: to help women build long-term wellness through personalized fitness and nutrition coaching. Cause let's be real here, wellness means something different to everyone. You are a one of a kind HUMAN that has her own goals & dreams. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to enhance your current routine, my goal is to empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to create sustainable habits. Life is busy, and I totally understand that—so I make healthy living accessible, whether in-person at my gym or online from wherever you're adventuring.

Why I’m Passionate About Helping Women

I’ve spent over 10 years in the fitness industry, and one thing remains clear: women face unique challenges on their wellness journeys. From juggling careers and family responsibilities to battling societal pressures, it can often feel overwhelming. I am deeply passionate about supporting women as they navigate these challenges because I believe that every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered.
